Nursery at FPC Macon
Our Nursery exists to provide a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where our youngest children are cared for while families worship, learn, and serve at FPC. Through caring volunteers, we seek to express the love of Christ to every child and provide an age-appropriate biblical foundation from the very beginning.
Our Nursery also serves as a place of connection and community for families at FPC, providing opportunities for parents—especially moms of young children—to build relationships, encourage one another, and feel supported as they grow together in faith and fellowship.
Our nursery serves infants through 3 years old.

Sunday Mornings
Our Nursery is available every Sunday morning from 8:45 AM–12:45 PM for children from birth through 3K. Our goal is to express the love of Christ to every child through exceptional care and an age-appropriate biblical foundation.
For our 2K and 3K children, we use Great Commission Publications’ Show Me Jesus curriculum, which is designed to root children in God’s Word from an early age. Through age-appropriate lessons and activities, children begin learning the vocabulary of faith and are introduced to the foundational truth of what Christ has done for His people in ways they can understand.

Wednesday Nights
Our Nursery is available on Wednesday evenings from 5:45–7:45 PM during Midweek Fellowship. This provides a safe and loving environment for our youngest children while families participate in dinner, Bible studies, and other church activities.

Safety and Security
At FPC, we are committed to providing a safe and secure environment where children are cared for and families can have peace of mind. All Nursery volunteers and workers have completed background checks and are committed to providing loving, safe, and attentive care for our youngest members.
The leadership of FPC has implemented security doors for the Nursery with a key fob entrance, limiting access to authorized staff, members, and regular attendees’ families. Only authorized individuals will be permitted to pick up children from the Nursery. Parents must provide written permission for anyone else picking up their child.
For the safety of all children, siblings are not permitted to pick up children from the Nursery.
Visitors will be welcomed and assisted with the check-in process at the Information Desk before entering the Nursery area.
